Ginger/Soy Sauce Dressing

In a small glass jar (or similar container) mix the following using a fork, stopping occasionally to taste-test. You should absolutely adjust to meet your tastes.

    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1/2 cup canola or sunflower oil
    1/3 cup rice vinegar
    1 Tbs soy sauce
    1 tsp honey (or sugar) = optional

That’s it – add or remove ingredients as desired.
